2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
Brown beef and onion in a large skillet and drain. Add other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on buns or over broken bread.
This recipe freezes very well.
